Treasury: "can't find gallery"

I'm a newbie in working with bitweaver R2 and my english is far from perfect...
Whatever, I've got a problem with treasury. Registered users aren't able to upload files in any folder (public/private). The error-message is: "No gallery available to insert uploaded files into. Please check the permissions of the gallery.". If I'm logged as admin/root, I'm able to upload files.
Because of that I checked the permissions for registered users, but they have every permissions except p_treasury_admin.
The registered users should be able to have anything like a home-folder where they can save private documents, but they should be also able to upload pictures in any public gallery.
Can anybody help me, please?
