Modules install, don't appear

I've set up a few bitweaver sites measuringhistory.com/compendium, mundaneastrology.net/bitweaver, celestronica.com/readingroom and all works except for the javascript in custom modules. i'm using both 1.31 and 2.0 so it's not a bug. I've missed a setting and hope someone knows how to fix it. the modules are standard adsense type coding.

are you getting any javascript errors? you can check using Firefox. We would have to have more details to help out with this.
