Error on url when send a blog post by email

Hi guys,

When I'm sending a blog post by e-mail, the destination receive something like this:

"Hi,

Frederico Madeira has sent you this link:

Mensagem de blog: Aprovação na prova LPI 202, obtenção do LPIC-2
em: /blogs/view_post.php?content_id=317"

URl of my website didn't appear. How can I configure to fix this to show something like:

www.madeira.eng.br/blogs/view_post.php?content_id=317
