custom registration questions

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to create my own questions that new users would answer when they register (and that would be written on their homepage...). I fear a lengthy job on the back-end... Can you think of anything relatively quick?

There is indeed a way.

Here is an example of how to set up in Administration->Users->User Settings:



And here's what it looks like on the New User Registration page:



Note the comma-seperated phrasing and the maximum of 250 characters in TOTAL.

You'll probably spend more time working out the questions than you do implementing them.
