{quote format_guid="bbcode" comment_id="4808" user="lsces"}[quote:1009504107="sarvesh"]Hi, I am trying to install bitweaver on Windows XP machine. I am very disappointed that I couldn't install. I like all the features in bitweaver espeically the single sign on ( Once logged in , can access all the installed applications of bitweaver ). But, unfortunately I cannot install. Hope you can help me. Here are the detials: OS: Windows XP home edition Apache: 2.0 MySql: 4.x PHP: 4.4.1 Apache, MySql and PHP are installed properly. ( I am new to LAMP altogether ). I can run a page which contains <?php phpinfo(); ?> to get the php info. No problem. .[/quote:1009504107] You need to bear in mind that XP Home does NOT have a licence to be used as a server ;) But as long as you are not working with MS server software things work OK:) If you have the page with phpinfo running then everything else should work. Have you installed the bitweaver 'tree' into your base website directory? The one where the phpinfo test page lives. If so, then 'localhost/butweaver' should be all you need to access the automated install sequence. It runs fine here and the first page checks out all the rest of the PHP settings.{/quote}
