{quote format_guid="bbcode" comment_id="4987" user="terrill"}See this has been a problem before, but don't see a reference lately. "Fresh, clean, hardly-been-sweating, never been raced, I just installed it," installation of BitWeaver version 1.3.1. In IE, text floats above buttons. Drop-down menu appear UNDER form fields in some places, some drop-down menus I can move my cursor over the first item, and moving the cursor down futher closes the menu before I can click (makes for great gaming, makes navigation impossible), and I'll quit now because I'm tired... In FireFox 2.0.1, pages have REALLY hugh blank patches. The important stuff (i.e. forms) are always at the bottom. It started that way right out of the starting gates. I changed Themes to "jill" and it remains the same. Odd, the BitWeaver site (here, now) doesn't have the same problem, eh? Oh, and the "WYSIWYG" editor: Went to tweak it (since I installed the tinyMCE and tried to create an article and whatever it was I was editing in certainly isn't a WYSIWYG editor!) and there's a couple warnings about:: "If you disable this feature, we strongly suggest you enable HTML content format as the only content format and also disable quicktags" Wouldn't it be nice if it said something like:: "If you disable this feature, we strongly suggest you enable HTML content format [in the xyz someplace] as the only content format and also disable quicktags [in the abc somewhereElse]" Well, it'd be nice for those of us who didn't develop the d%$mn thing to have clues from the Guru's as to where these things might be lurking, uh, I mean, located! Oooh! Here's a thought... we could invent something and call it HTML, and make the Hints LINKS that take us to the exact place we need to make sure we DID what ya suggest we do. Save us all that time HUNTING through documentation that doesn't exist? Thanks for any suggestions you might have. And, Happy New Year! PS: Seems the WYSIWYG editor works here, but not my install. Hmm. Consistent little bugger, ain't it?{/quote}
