{quote format_guid="bbcode" comment_id="5027" user="Kozuch"}Hi folks, yet again I have to choose - I decided to start up a FOSS script hosting under a custom brand. I am pretty clear on e-shop solution (osCommerce) and for instance project management (dotProject). I try to make a decision on CMS. I've got about two-year experience in watching various FOSS projects grow or fall, which definitely is not enough though. As a CMS solution XOOPS wins lately against Bitweaver for me. It is all-round featured, yet pretty simple and (hopefully) stable and powerful enough. It can be skinned also with Smarty as Bitweaver can. Well, to be honest, I can not make a proper decision on Bitweaver because of the lack of information. I would need to know "strategic" info from the devs - like what is the status of the new or "planned" modules (like shop, file galleries, boards etc.), when are new releases due to, what they will contain etc. A more detailed roadmap is welcome too. If anyone can inform please do so. Thanx. Jan{/quote}
