{quote format_guid="bbcode" comment_id="5035" user="arnaudherve"}I had some experiences of large sites with Tikiwiki, and each time there were several features that I found brilliant at the start, and annoying after a while, because redundant after having edited many pages. Namely that was Files Gallery and Links Gallery. It turned out, for me and many users, that it was more straightforward and elegant to add links and attach files in wiki pages. It just turned out that way, there was no need for separate such galleries separated from the texts that commented them, or if there were texts, then wiki pages provided a more flexible solution. Bitweaver was at the start an attempt to clean the code of Tikiwiki, but imho we should also be very cautious of the "vice" of endlessly adding features. Maybe we should list here a number of objects that should just remain subsidiaries of wiki pages. As I said, it begins with links and files for me. I also have doubts about the FAQs feature in Tikiwiki. What else would YOU think of?{/quote}
