can i use windows livewriter for blogging to bitweaver ?

i want to use bitweaver as head of a possible community.
can a bitweaver blog have categories like usual blogs ?

Yes, the Blogs package is part of Liberty Services, so you can either use "Catagories" or "Pigeonholes" to create different catagories, then assign any Liberty Content to those catagories. (like the blogs)
