Upgrade from R2_rc2 to R2

How do I upgrade from R2_rc2 to R2? The data base schema seems to have changed.

You can always rewrite the file base and see if you can still run ok. If you experience problems, just run the schema changes to your database and you should be fine. Do not forget always to back up stuff!

I tried upgrading the files and every thing blew up. The Schema change log hasn't been upgraded since Sept. 25th so I don't think that is going to help me. I know that someone else asked about doing the same from R2_rc3. Would it be possible to get a set of schema change logs for these upgrades? I already screan-scraped this thing from Media Wiki to R1, and then again to R2_rc2 I really don't want to do that again.
