Links in Newsletter

When I send newsletters, the links back to my site are incorrect.
These include the "unsubscribe" link as well as links to css files.
My bitweaver directory is a subdirectory of my website and the
links assume bitweaver is installed in the website "root" directory.
The package seems to ignore BIT_ROOT_URL and I notice the
template files use NEWSLETTERS_PKG_URI and NEWSLETTERS_PKG_URL
interchangeably. Is there some other option I can set?
