Newsletter sends menu from admin screen

I have installed BW and am testing features, when I created a newsletter and sent it I got the entire menu from the left side of the screen, then the newsletter. The menu links even linked back to the site!

I must have screwed up some where any help would be great

For anyone reading the above post
I have dumped entire site and am starting from new fresh install
I figured such a drastic failure would have been fixed already and must be on my end. New site no problem
