Bitweaver 2 Install Failure

Bitweaver Install tries to modify files and directories in the php tree which is not allowed by my Internet Hosting Company. phpBB3 installed perfectly, though. The installer fails right from the start. What do I do now? See some messages below:

Yep, before anyone asks - I have done the following:

• Downloaded and ran bitweaver_check with no significant complaints
• Deleted and retried installation 3 times
• Read all the server requirements and installation docs and complied

I have also downloaded "cms made simple" - it installed and executed 1st time. I will still prefer bitweaver because of it's comprehensiveness if someone could show me the way.
