Edit Users Bug

I've noticed that if I have the Tags package enabled and I set the tags to be viewed in any of the three areas of the layout, I cannot use the 'Edit Users' module. If I attempt to edit users, depending on where I have the Tags shown in wiki pages, the alphanumerically-first page in my database partially displays and shows this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /var/www/bitweaver2/temp/templates_c/chemokine/en/%%4E^4E8^4E8B0554%%view_tags_mini_inc.tpl.php on line 28
