Recommends package problem

Recommends package problem

I have installed recommends package. Wherever recommend icon appears I also see a weird text 'Please set iexplain'. From where this text is coming from and how to remove this ?
This is happening in RC3.

The error is coming from a .tpl file. Seems like there is a function { biticon ... } with a missing parameter 'iexplain'. I just checked out the package from CVS and tried to reproduce the error but everything seemed fine. Can you provide more information? Which icon is it where the error appears? Which package or page?

Wherever the recommends icon appears in any content I see the message appears next to icon. Please see the attachment for details of error message.
