Hi,
unfortunately bitweaver 2 still can't be installed on a windows server!
I am using a windows server with apache+mysql.
If I start the installation I get the following errors in error.log:


Is there noone who could look at the installer on a windows machine????

I tested Bitweaver on Windows. I installed Xampp and downloaded Bitweaver 2.1rc4 from Sourceforge. The installation screen showed many little things missing - that I didn't take care of. I just let it be and went on with the installer:



yet the installation went through without any problems. Only once there was a note that with a Windows machine I should probably set some setting somewhere (which I didnt):



After about 4 minutes of installing, Bitweaver was running:



To test some random stuff, I did the following:

• 'populate' my site (some blind-text offered by the installer)
• upload a file and tagged it
• upload an image and having it resized to 640x480
• created a board
• created a newsletter, an edition, send it, and tended queue (no mail server on that machine, so the mail wasn't actually sent)
• assigned some of that content to the board
• create categories and assign content there
• made some comments, with and without rich text editor (html)

The only thing not working was that those comments did not actually show up as threads in their assigned board.

So it could work on windows. Now we have to find the problem...
