That's the error I get whenever I try and view a profile.
I can still see the profile, but that error is pretty annoying.
Can someone explain to me what this means?

I am using the latest bitweaver beta...

This has been fixed in CVS (so should be fixed in the final release).

I pull CVS manually. Which module has the fix?

Check out _bit_users and replace your /users/index.php with the new one. The fix is in that file but you might want to diff old and new file for other changes to avoid problems.
