What is new in R2.1? Havent heard a lot about it yet... although release candidate is ready???

At the moment, to learn about what's new, you need to follow the code either in IRC (with discussions about changes) or read through the CIA bot history, or read Bitweaver's mailing lists (major changes are announced there). There is has no release manager yet who extracts info from IRC, CIA-logs, or bug trackers and formats it to a "release changelog" kind of page for bitweaver.org.
