+Since the maketoc plugin is ''handed'' the full html code (that it can work with any format plugin) it doesn't get handed any ~np~~np~~/np~ tags. to display the above i left a space between the bracket and maketoc. |

You will notice that the tocs below show only headings that are below the current maketoc. if this is not desired, you can override this behaviour by applying the attribute __include=all__. also, you will notice the bottom maketoc contains a link back to the top of the page. this is included by adding __backtotop=true__.
