License Issues
Damian popped into IRC a few minutes ago and pointed out phpBB is under the GPL license, thus it should not be within our distribution. Someone needs to look at the phpBB Package.
LGPL grants greater permissions than GPL. The GPL can not be bypassed by leaking through LGPL.

It is at "arms length"
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#MereAggregation
and http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#GPLInProprietarySystem -> "in many cases you can distribute the GPL-covered software alongside your proprietary system. To do this validly, you must make sure that the free and non-free programs communicate at arms length, that they are not combined in a way that would make them effectively a single program."
There are only about 8 edits in the phpBB files, and I could cut them down even more I suppose. What little code we have added in the phpBB package is GPL, naturally. i think what we have is fine. there is "arms length" communication, and bitweaver is not dependent at all on phpBB
