Top bar in Layout not proper

I want my site to look just like www.myphotoclub.com site.
However the top bar in my site is coming in the vertical fashion with all the submenus expanded.
How can I make horizontal as it appears in the above mentioned site?

I presume you are using windoz for the server? In which case please see the other messages about 'display bug' after install.
