File Galleries uploads fail

On attempting upload a new header bar is inserted at top of page reporting:
array upload Uploading this file has destroyed this website - possibly even the entire internet.


This description is found in TreasuryItem.php.
Any ideas why it occurs?

That's not a very polite error message is it.

you uploaded the file via the upload.php and the file was not too big?
