This is a feature of FCKEditor. You could set up a custom editor config as described on Bitweaver's FCKEditor page, and put FCKeditor.Height = 555; in there.

Another possible place to set this value is bitweaver/themes/styles/YOUR-STYLE/fckeditor/header_inc.tpl
