Article as start page

I am not sure if it written somewhere.

When I set Article as start page, only title and Read more appear, not the full text of the first article.

I there a setting for that?

Not full text, but you should get the summary for each article. Or are you trying to use a single article as the home page?

Yes I was trying to use Last Article as the start page.

Not an emergency though.
