Warning: shell_exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/gonexus/public_html/xaraya/install/install_checks.php on line 174
how can I continue now then? I am not a coder so i don't know
how to code but i can surely follow instruction on how to get past
this problem. just tell me what to do and where to do it and please
be specific. From what I can see, shell exec() has been disabled.
so do I resolve this?

Posted:27 May 2008 (22:39 UTC)Might be the host's specific setup rather than something about bitweaver. You could try to install bitweaver on your own home computer, then transfer your install via FTP afterwards, and export/import the database of course, and probably edit some details in /kernel/config_inc.php.
