biticons not working

biticons not working

Installed RC3 under a subfolder and confi_inc file correctly updated.
Everything working fine except icon images are not showing.

I am guessing it is not recognizing the subfolder....any thoughts on how to fix this ???

Issue resolved after clearing the system cache.
