{quote format_guid="bbcode" comment_id="4920" user="simon"}Hi, I have been testing bitweaver for a long time and I must say the only thing that bothers me is its speed. First I was thinking that it all depends on server, but that is not true. At first I was using Firebird version on Windows and that was quite hard on CPU (mostly Apache and a little Firebird server ... but I can always seperate those two...). Then I tried using MySQL on Windows and it was a little bit faster (still hard on CPU by Apache). Now I tried Firebird version on Linux and its faster (Apache is hard on CPU, but only half of WinXP version). With this I could work, but ... now I noticed that a lot of waiting time is spent on client PC - CPU goes to 100% for 2-3 seconds for most pages ... and this is P4 3GHz cpu. It's the same when I access your BW page. Is this because of JavaScripts or Templates or something else. Best regards, Simon{/quote}
