{quote format_guid="bbcode" comment_id="4921" user="Lugie"}Yes, I think much of the client-end waiting is done because most templates for bitweaver are quite bulky. I'm not exactly sure how much this effects speed, but font sizes are all calculated, for example: [code:1:611e460d3c]{font-size: 180%;}[/code:1:611e460d3c] Based on the current font size being displayed, this is recalulated wherever the font appears. This happens over and over again throughout the page, with all sorts of different styles affecting different elements on the pages. There are many <div> ids and classes defined with more than one pretty big stylesheet files. Although bitweaver is ahead of the game in how the default templates are displayed and separated from the design, it is still very bulky and inefficient due to the mass of definitions. I'm experimenting with a more slimmed-down template to see if the loading time speeds up considerably. I just have to finish building it. :){/quote}
