huge problem when creating new wiki pages!

I have this same issue. I had converted from tikiwiki 1.9.7 to bitweaver 1.3.1 and after some testing it seems that pages converted from tikiwiki experience this issue. New pages I create do not have this problem.

As a workaround I just click edit and save on the pages with the issue and the links begin to work.

Any ideas?
