{quote format_guid="bbcode" comment_id="8035" user="SV1"}Hi All, I'm new here... Bitweaver is looking good and I've decided to give it a go on my website! I'm hoping someone can help me with a little css issue that I'm having with a lightly modified theme based on Xing's slick Chemokine. I have basically just modified the header and footer. The left middle and right columns are for the most part all original css other than the color changes. The problem I'm running into is that the left and right columns like to overlay the footer that I've added. The middle column seems to dictate the position of the footer, (ex: if there isn't enough content on the page the footer is in the middle of the browser window and the left and right columns overlay the footer.) Since the original Chemokine theme has no footer to begin with, I have no starting point or reference to work with. I am trying to grasp the workings of a purly css driven template. I have tried a clear:both here and there but I think it has something to do with the position:absolute. I am coming from a background of self taught persistance :wink: and I'm going to keep woring on this until it works or someone can offer some wisdom. Thanks{/quote}
