Theme Installation Issue

My name is Amanda.
I'm running bitweaver version 1.3.1
Running MySql Server version: 4.1.21-standard

There were no issues or warnings upon installing bitweaver.
However I have no current theme and if I attempt to navigate
to the Theme Manager section to alter this I get an error messege (As Follows) :

Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "bitpackage:themes/admin_themes_manager.tpl" in /home/puddingp/public_html/BitWeaver/bitweaver_1.3.1/bitweaver/util/smarty/libs/Smarty.class.php on line 1095

So I looked at the above file (Which I had not altered in any way)
Line 1095 was completely blank as it was the very last line in the file.

Figuring that it might be a permissions error I set it to 755
with no luck.

I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong place, if so can you please move it?
Otherwise does anyone know what I might have messed up?
