[R2] Can't see any pages to add to new book

Hello. I'm testing out bitweaver R2 (v 2.0.0) to see if it can suit our needs.

One of the capabilities that seems like it could be what I'm looking for is Wiki books.

I'm trying to create a book like the "How to create a Wiki Book" page says, but it seems that after I create the book, I get sent to Edit Wiki Book -> Structure Content tab where I see no pages listed. The drop-down box at the top shows "All Content", but immediately beneath that I see a very narrow list box. Beneath that are the "Apply Filter" and "Add Content" buttons which do nothing.

It's as if it thinks I have no pages. If I go to the Wiki section and say "List Pages", I see the default documents, plus some other test pages I created so there's definitely pages there.

Also if I change the drop down list to anything other than "All Content" (i.e. "Wiki Pages"), it updates the page and changes back to "All Content" immediately.

The user I am logged in as is in the Administrators group. I'm at a loss as to how I'm supposed to add any content here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
