! Introduction
I came to the conclusion that bitweaver is far too stoic and really __NEEDS__ some __))EyeCandy((__ to liven things up a bit.
That happened when I added the __))NOTICE((__ stating that a Proposed Plugin had been created on ))PluginProposal-HideText((

! Naming the Plugin
I think that any & all Plugins that are added simply for it's visual effect (__))EyeCandy((__) should be Grouped together. For that reason - any that I write will be named: __))EyeCandy(( Effect__ and use a shorter __Tag__ (In this case: The Plugin's Name is __))EyeCandy(( ))NeonText((__ and it's Tab would be __ECNT__)

! The Search
There are Literally Thousands and Thousands of Free pieces of ))EyeCandy(( written in ))JavaScript((. There are 2 problems with most of these:
# We __Need__ ))Cross-Browser(( Support
# Most ))JavaScript(( files require that __Something__ be added to the Head Section of the page.
While that eliminates most of them / how do you do a search for it?

Found 2 files that should work for this.

These files are simular and it shouldn't be hard to combine them into one Plugin
