Is an experienced wiki administrator who is not a programmer. He is a chief editor/admin/site owner of Openpolitics.ca among other things and sometimes teaches people how to wiki well.
Interest are efficient use of technology, "good government" and making politics work for citizens - to this end has been fashioning tools (mainly wikis) and methods that facilitate deliberative and participatory decisionmaking.
In 2004, designed, with the help of other party activists a process called the living platform which enabled the decentralized creation of a green party platform on the internet using tikiwiki. This was the first ever use of wiki to write a published party platform.
Currently a member of the Green Party of Ontario's executive council.
